"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan"

Spreading of diseases due to lack of appropriate or enough nutrition inside our body is one of the main problems not only here in the Philippines but all over the world. So we must avoid it as much as much as possible.

Month of July, month of nutrition where we are again educated about eating nutritious foods. Spreading of diseases is so fast nowadays and also due to the pollution around. We should avoid this things, having a disease in our body. We should maintain our healthy body just by eating balance diet to prevent having a weak body and for the diseases who wants to go inside our body. Go, grow, and glow foods are the things that we should eat so we could have an energy to do our daily task also for maintaining our healthy body. Junk foods and soft drinks are also not recommended to eat, because it could cause a lot of disease to your body like UTI, stomachache, ulcer sometimes because of over acidity due to soft drinks. So we must avoid this things or you will suffer because of improper eating of foods including street foods. And we must continue maintaining our healthy body to stay away fro diseases.

This month is the month of nutrition and you must start eating healthy foods and avoiding junk foods to maintain good health and to be guided with the theme of the month "Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan".
